I had been giving this credit processor's contact information by another collection agency that currently works with this group's counterpart - bank? I am not sure why the industry is the way it is but when it comes to credit cards this guy made sense out of it for me in a clear understandable way. A real tutorial! Gave me a best practices guide from the bank on the first date which I hope does not say something about the collection's industry.

I have had a very difficult time explaining this idea of taking credit cards because every merchant account sales agent - office whatever you want to call it come into my office only waste my time and $$$$.
